Videos 2,3 from Expert Village Playlist if possible
basic improv game if counselor can cover:
"The Gift"
In pairs you will "offer" your partner a gift through silence and mime and they will accept it verbally and physically. Then they will offer you one as well.
Partner A: (holding hands very wide and miming something heavy) Here Johnny! I have something for you.
Partner B: (taking hold of the object as close to same physicality as Partner A) Wow, Thanks, Jane-- I have been waiting for my own fireproof safe for a long time. (then Partner B-- hands something to Partner A-- perhaps a tiny little fragile thing that fits in their palm) Here Johnny, I have something for you.
Partner A: (taking hold of the imaginary tiny thing) Wow, Thanks Johnny. I have always wanted my very own Robin's egg. AND SO ON.
